Each class in KS2 has two Digital Leaders - children who lead by example and model for their peers how to move forward with confidence into the digital age.

Working with our staff Digital Champions, Ms Stanton and Ms Smith, their everyday role encompasses everything from organising classroom computing equipment to helping their peers with tasks.

Digital champions also have a broader role in shaping how CtK staff adapt each subject for cross-curricular learning by giving feedback on the educational and social challenges faced by children using technology today.

Early in 2026, some of our Digital Leaders even attended the BETT (British Educational Training and Technology) Show to scope out new ideas and test out potential new activities! These children play a vital role in getting the balance right between computing and paper-based learning.
