    Mon 03 Jul 2023

You may be aware from media coverage that the National Education Union (NEU) have declared strike action, which will take place on Wednesday 5th and Friday 7th July.

The strike is happening because of a national dispute between the unions and the government and not because of any issues at our school.

There is a significant membership of NEU members at Christ the King School which has resulted in us having to partially close the school on both of the above days.

The school will remain open for children in the following classes:

    • Nursery St Lucy

    • Year 1 St George

    • Year 3 St Martin

    • Year 5 St Patrick
