Christ the King Catholic Primary School

The Daily Mile

 

Last Friday our entire school took part in the National England Runs the Daily Mile activity. Each year group spent 15 minutes in the playground and ran 1 mile. There were a lot of tired bodies by the end of the day but everyone knows how beneficial and important exercise is. Ideally it would be something the children should do everyday!
