The workshop led by Director of Kindness, Greig Trout, was held via Zoom Webinar. During the presentation, Greig interacted with the children by asking questions. The presentation covered:

– What kindness is and the impact it has on ourselves, our classroom, our community and the world.

– The science of kindness, including the changes it triggers in our minds and bodies.

– Case studies from the 52 Lives charity, showing the life-changing difference kindness has made to real people around the world.

The children then heard the story of a real child in need of kindness and were tasked with thinking of ways to help that child. They made cards and drew pictures!
