Safeguarding & Welfare

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people. We expect all staff and visitors to share this commitment.
Our staff have a responsibility to follow the schools safeguarding procedures and take appropriate action, this may include working with other services such as Children and Social Care as and when required.
The schools Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is Mrs Lane. The Deputy Safeguarding Leads (DDSL) are: Mrs McCormick, Mr. Lane, Miss Beveridge, Mr Drummond and Mrs. Sumsion. The Designated Safeguarding Governor is Una McCrann.
