Admissions

Admissions 2017-2018

We are delighted that you are considering making an application for your child to join our wonderful school.

Catholic life is at the heart of our school and our staff work hard to develop and support the faith of every child.

As a Catholic school, our Admissions Policy gives priority to children from families with a Certificate of Catholic Practice (CCP). If you want to be considered as a family with a child who has a Certificate of  Catholic Practice we will require evidence of regular attendance at Mass and being known to your priest. We would recommend that you discuss this with your parish priest, who should then complete a Certificate of Catholic Practice which means a certificate given by the family's parish priest (or the priest in charge of the church where the family practices) in the form laid down by the Bishops' Conference of England and Wales.  Your child cannot be considered for categories 2 to 5 of our admissions policy without a completed CCP.

We would like to remind prospective parents that children who attend Christ the King are expected to play a full and active part in our Catholic Life, this includes attending school masses which are held at St. Mellitus Church.

We  look forward to welcoming you and your child to Christ the King.
