We plan to have our Breakfast Club and After School Club provision up and running again from Tuesday 4th May 2021.  Because of the Covid-19 measures in place to keep everyone as safe as possible we have to ensure we organise our provision a little differently.  This might mean we have to limit numbers so we will have to prioritise key workers and working parents/carers.

Places will need to be booked and paid for in advance using the on-line payment system.

Please complete the below form  and return by email to the school office no later than Monday 26th April 2021 apply for a place for your child in Breakfast Club and/or After School Club. This form has also been emailed out and is available on the school app.

Please note you will need to complete one form for each child.  We will contact you individually as soon as we have arranged the provision.
