This term we welcomed Ruth into school. Ruth brought Judaism and Jewish history to life for all the children in KS2.

We learned about Rosh Hasina and Yom Kippur and the Jewish concepts of forgiveness and atonement.

We tried some of the food Jewish people eat on special days like pomegranates, Jewish bread and honey.

We were able to read the Torah using yads and we practiced writing our names in Hebrew.
